COVID-19 Guidlines

  1. Security guards perform a temperature check with a thermoscanner prior to entry and asks Tenants & Staffs to step into a disinfecting mat prior to entry.

  2. Tenants & Staff have Sanitizing solution dispenser available prior to entering the elevator.

  3. Building staff and guards always have face masks and face shields.

  4. We strictly do periodic cleaning of high touch surfaces like elevator buttons, handle bars with disinfecting solution.

  5. Elevator is disinfected periodically.

  6. Encourage social distancing by asking staff and tenants to stay at least 6 feet (2 meters) apart from others and wear cloth face coverings in any shared spaces, including spaces restricted to staff only.

  7. Limit staff entering residents’ units unless it is necessary. Use virtual communications and check ins (phone or video chat), as appropriate.
